Obaby Stamford Classic Sleigh Cot Bed with Under Drawer – White

The Obaby Stamford Classic Sleigh Cot Bed with Under Drawer in White is a full-size 140 × 70cm cot bed designed to grow with your baby from birth to approximately four years old.

Combining the Stamford collection's distinctive curved sleigh design with practical everyday features, it includes three adjustable mattress heights, protective teething rails, toddler bed conversion and a large 87L under-bed storage drawer.

Finished in crisp White, the Stamford Classic works beautifully as the centrepiece of a nursery and coordinates with the wider Obaby Stamford furniture collection.

From Birth to Toddler

Rather than needing to replace your baby's cot as they grow, the Stamford Classic Cot Bed adapts through the early years.

The mattress base can be positioned at three different heights. The highest position is designed for the newborn stage, reducing the amount of bending required when lifting your baby in and out.

As your baby begins to sit and stand, the mattress can be lowered through two further positions.

When your child is ready to move out of their cot, the end panels split to transform the Stamford Classic into a toddler bed, extending its use to approximately four years old.

140 × 70cm Cot Bed

The Stamford Classic takes a standard 140 × 70cm cot bed mattress, providing a full-size sleeping space suitable for use from the newborn stage through to toddlerhood.

Mattress sold separately.

87L Under-Bed Storage Drawer Included

A major advantage of the Stamford Classic is that the matching 87-litre under-bed drawer is included.

It makes practical use of the space underneath the cot bed and provides substantial additional nursery storage without taking up any more floor space.

It's ideal for storing:

• Spare cot bedding and sheets
• Blankets and sleeping bags
• Baby clothes
• Towels
• Toys
• Nursery essentials

The drawer runs on durable wheels for smooth opening and closing across different floor surfaces, while recessed handles maintain the clean appearance of the cot bed without protruding handles.

Protective Teething Rails

Protective teething rails help protect delicate teeth and gums when your baby reaches the teething stage.

The open slatted sides provide visibility into the cot, while the substantial curved end panels create the Stamford range's recognisable sleigh-bed appearance.

Why Choose the Obaby Stamford Classic Cot Bed?

The Obaby Stamford Classic Cot Bed in White gives you more than a standard baby cot.

Its 140 × 70cm sleeping area, three mattress heights and toddler-bed conversion allow it to adapt as your child grows, while the included 87L storage drawer makes use of otherwise wasted space underneath the cot.

With its White finish and signature curved sleigh design, it also coordinates with Stamford changing units, wardrobes and storage furniture if you're building a complete matching nursery.
