Having just recently purchased my second pram from baby boutique, I am as happy as I was the first time so feel compelled to write a review! Firstly, thank you Keeley for treating us like VIPs!!

I think this is the only place left in Preston where you can have a proper look at Prams before purchasing them, and I’m so grateful that the customer service is spot on too! The selection is brilliant and you really get to take your time and trial them properly, with all questions answered professionally and accurately. Keeley was so knowledgeable.

Ellie was very helpful and took her time with our family to look through and demonstrate different pram options and styles to help us find the right option. Any questions she was able to find the answer and looked after us even when the store got busier. Would recommend Baby Boutique Preston as they have a wide range of prams and cots and great service!

After a disappointing trip to John Lewis, we stumbled upon Baby Boutique and couldn't recommend them enough. Keeley was absolutely amazing with helping us find our first pram, even allowing us to bring the dog in to see if he fit in the pet carrier! Keeley is really knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Please don't waste your money or time at the department stores and head to this amazing family-run business who have everything you need.

Went in earlier today and as soon as I had both feet over the threshold, I had a welcome, shortly after we were talked through different options and configurations of the pram we were interested in, they came to the car with us and demonstrated how this lovely double buddy folded down and fitted in our car. (We are having twins) honestly can't fault them enough. We just need to speak to family members who will be helping us with the purchase and we will deffinatley be back. What a lovely store and a wonderful atmosphere when in there.
