Shipping policy
Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch most UK orders within 1-2 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
For pre-order items, the estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed on the product page. If stock arrives sooner than expected, we'll always dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Leave Safe Deliveries
If you choose to leave your parcel in a designated safe place with the courier, delivery will be considered complete once the parcel has been successfully delivered to that location.
As we are unable to control access to a safe place after delivery, we recommend only selecting this option if you are confident the location is secure.
International Deliveries
We currently ship clothing and selected smaller items internationally.
Please note that import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply depending on your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 3-5 working days
- Rest of World: 5-7 working days
All international orders are sent using tracked and signed delivery services.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship nursery furniture outside of the UK.
