Shipping policy

Please note that unless otherwise stated on the Product page, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days in the UK. In case you are pre-ordering a product, the estimated time of arrival will be displayed on the product page. If your items arrive early, we will send them out as soon as possible.

Leave Safe Deliveries

Baby Boutique Takes no Responsibility for a leave safe parcel. If you choose this with the courier you are accepting responsibility for the delivery to your safe place. We will not refund when an item is delivered to your safe place if you do not receive the parcel. You have chosen to hold full responsibility for this.  You are responsible for any items that are lost, damaged or stolen when left in a safe place.

For international deliveries, please be aware that we do not take any responsibility for customs charges when bringing goods into your country. This is a cost that you must research and pay the duty on when the goods arrive. We will not refund orders where we have shipped, and the duty has not been paid. All international deliveries are sent, Tracked, and Signed, and aim to be delivered in 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days worldwide. Please note that we only ship clothing and small items worldwide.
