Delivery Times

Unless stated on the Product page we aim to dispatch All orders within 1-2 Working days in the UK. 

Personalised Orders may take a little longer however we aim to still get them to you within 2-5 Working days of ordering. 

If you are Pre ordering a product the time it is expected will be displayed, if your items arrive early we will of course sent them out as soon as possible. 

International Deliveries

  • Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
  • Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days

All international deliveries are sent Tracked and Signed.  

We ship worldwide, the £9.99 worldwide shipping includes clothing and small items only.

To request a shipping quote for Prams and Travel Systems please use the Contact page and include your address so we can obtain a quote for you. Please note we can not Ship furniture outside the UK. 



Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Personalised or bespoke items can not be returned. This included all Babeek Nursery furniture. Items with names on or any personalised items. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Faulty Items

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair where the goods are faulty or mis-described. If you have received a faulty item please send us an email with images showing the fault to sales@baby-boutique.uk
