Quick and Easy Returns
Here at Baby Boutique, We want to make returns as easy as possible. To make a return or exchange please log in to our website where you will see your orders. Here you can make a return request and get all the information you need.

Baby Boutique will process your return as quickly as possible. We will check it meets our returns policy and then
- Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or exchanged). Please note that items must meet our return policy.
- The details of your return will also be posted to your account.
- Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
If your return does not meet our returns policy we will call you or email you to discuss this. You will be liable for return shipping costs back to yourself, if your return does not meet the returns policy.
You may return most new, unopened items by notifying us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You then have 14 Days to return the item to Baby Boutique. Items must be returned with all the original packaging of the item in a resalable condition. The goods must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories. Please note we cannot accept items back which have been partially or fully constructed.
In the event of an error of ours, We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We do Not Accept Returns on the Following Items
- Any Item covered by warranty when it has been delivered 30 days or more Cannot be returned and must use the warranty process.
- Car seats for Safety reasons.
- Items that have been partially or fully constructed
Any Item Returned that does not meet the returns policy will be subject to a £10 Charge for Redelivery back to you.
Personalised or bespoke items can not be returned. Items with names on or any personalised items.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return. Shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Missing / incorrect items.
You must check your items upon receipt of delivery to ensure all items ordered have been received all items have been received. We will only accept errors in picking within 7 days of receipt of the goods. For this reason, it is imperative that all orders are checked when they arrive, as mistakes cannot be rectified later. Also claims for goods damaged in transit must be brought to our attention within 3 days of receipt of them so we can ensure a claim is brought against the courier delivering. We will not consider claims for damaged or lost goods not reported within this time.
Please note We do not take any responsibility in customs charges for bringing goods in to your country, This is something which you must research and pay the duty on when the goods arrive, We will not refund orders where we have shipped and the duty has not been paid.
Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. We will then respond asking for the information we need. Sometimes this is batch numbers/Barcodes. Or images. Please assist us as best you can this will enable us to help you more quickly.
Any faulty items or damaged goods need to be reported within 7 Days of Delivery.
